As a direct employee, a Liberty Mutual Outside Sales Representative enjoys unlimited earning potential with a combination of base salary and commissions based on how many auto, home, and life insurance policies you sell. In this challenging role, you will sell auto, home, life and other insurance products to individuals and Affinity groups within an assigned territory. You will also act as a consultant and advisor in aligning prospects and policyholders with the products and services most appropriate for their needs, as well as service and maintain renewal policies. Importantly, you’ll need to build lasting relationships with businesses and within the community. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent sales experience (two to four years in any industry) along with proven business development success. Excellent verbal- and written-communication, presentation and negotiation skills are also key to success, as is a persuasive personality.
