Group Leader oOEM Fleet Management Richmond, Virginia
We’re a global leader and provider of power generation engineering products and services. Right now, we’re seeking a Group Leader - oOEM Fleet Management. Fleet Management supports internal customers to achieve maximum awareness and detailed understanding of their fleets to proactively service their fleets, troubleshoot issues, and maximize sales volume through product and service introduction and appropriate applications to meet customer needs. Fleet Management trains and empowers others to utilize the Fleet Management system to contribute data and information relevant to units within their territory.

In this role, you must be able to present both internally or externally. As the Group Leader oOEM Fleet Management, you must have the flexibility to travel on a whim. In this leadership role you will have four direct reports – three Application Engineers and one Field Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Technical Field with at least 10 years experience working in the Power Generation industry in an engineering or related role and three years in a supervisor/management position. You must also have at least five years of complex project experience in a large, high volume technical function. Prior database or data modeling experience as an Application Engineer highly preferred. Design engineering skills, effective presentation skills and the ability to sell ideas are also required.
Additional highly desired qualifications include, experience designing and implementing processes plus performing in an information management role; experience and knowledge in power generation equipment and operations; understanding of reverse engineering and CAD modeling.
