Manufacturing Engineer $65K-$85K
Broken Arrow, OK

As the manufacturing engineer, you need experience working in a machinery and assembly environment. We specialize in high-precision low-tolerance products. This position evaluates, recommends, and implements improvements in the areas of assembly processes, facilities, production efficiency, and other areas of manufacturing costs that support the objectives outlined by your supervisor.

Additionally, you will be responsible for various projects, conducting time/motion studies, product flow, plant layout (review drawings and make recommendations), project administrative functions and various continuous improvement initiatives to include training and organizing Kaizen events.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years’ experience specifically with precision machining and assembly. This role also requires someone who has experience with continuous improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma-Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen. Experience in automotive, heavy industrial equipment (cranes/ tractors), defense or the aerospace industry preferred.
