Job Purpose Our Client, an industry leader in the single-cup coffee brewing technology in the U.S. for both home and office has enlisted Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM) to handpick a team of SALES-focused Coffee Brewer Sales Specialists to drive measurable sales growth of its brewers and accessories at select retail locations.
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities will include promoting sales, merchandising, training, relationship building, administration and reporting. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, committed and driven to succeed. This person should also have strong communication skills with the confidence to influence key decision makers at the store level. They must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision.
Schedule Must be available to work the following schedule: Saturday, November 26, Sunday, November 27, Saturday, December 10, Sunday, December 11 and Saturday, December 17th. All event times are 11:45am-4pm.
Job Requirements High school diploma or G.E.D. Ability to satisfy drug-screen and background check subject to applicable law Sales background with minimum of 1 year direct sales experience Familiarity with the current coffee brewers and accessories sold today Must be sufficiently skilled at using the internet and other computer programs/systems necessary to complete administrative tasks Demo and in-store training experience - comfortable demonstrating the product through hands-on use.
