Operation Managers
Houston, TX and Beaumont, TX
The individual in this highly visible, key position will administer assigned contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, as well as client requirements and policies. Additionally, he/she will coordinate the company's management system on all contracts and direct the day-to-day operations of assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have 10 - 20 years of operations experience (internal business workings, not manufacturing operations), and come from a background of heavy client interface with significant financial responsibilities. A mechanical background is a must, as this role calls for an ability to competently explain equipment failures. The focus will fluctuate between reliability maintenance and mechanical integrity, and turnaround work. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not necessary. Contract experience is a plus.
