ASAP need to fill Permanent-FTE Opportunity for my client in Philadelphia, who is seeking an on-site email marketing system manager to be responsible for owning direct marketing strategies for both their US and Foreign customer acquisition channels. They do not buy or rent lists. These lists are their own. They want a person like you, to aggressively market to the consumer finance market, via email in real time and delayed time, offering other vertical services or products, as well as, their competitorís services if itís the right customer.

Working with both COO and CMO, the Senior Marketing Manager and Email Marketing Director will be responsible for the strategy, planning, segmentation and reporting of clientís growing email marketing program. You will share responsibility for the growth and overall profit contribution of the email channel reporting to the COO. You will work closely with the CMO to plan each email campaign sent to our email customers consisting of over 10M emails per month and circulation of over 150M emails annually.
My client directly provides or manages both proprietary and universal consumer lending products serving a variety of domestic and international markets. This individual will leverage client's own Web Services Direct Response Campaign Platform to communicate their value proposition copy for monetizing prospects, contributing to on-line Lead Generation affiliation sourcing, retention, and relationship building. From the clients' COO's desk :

" We need a current experienced, extremely knowledgeable and aggressive person for this position. Someone that can come right in and handle email marketing and proper reporting. This is "gorilla" marketing volume wise and this candidate must know the in's and out's of all facets of high volume email marketing without any hand holding. They will need to determine what offers work best with our type of list. They will need to know how to seek out and find affiliates to work with. The Salary is wide open, but, can hire in the 150K range, representing successful high-volume e-mail mail campaigns. Can go up to 200K plus, if they have any experience in sub-prime credit industries for Retail Finance, Auto, or MortgageĒ


This marketer will have direct responsibility for total sales targets driven by internal list program e-mail marketing program platforms. Specific responsibilities include below

Manage and drive the core strategies behind email mail marketing initiatives including:

Strategy development including segmentation and testing

Prospect selection including target segmentation, response modeling

Work closely with business leaders to develop yearly, quarterly and monthly campaign plans to establish the overall strategy for growth of direct marketing channels

Ensure all plans are executed on-time and on budget and meet ROI targets

Identify segments, strategies, and channels to expand marketing reach

Establish and maintain appropriate reporting and analysis to evaluate ROI of program(s) and track all performance

Devise testing strategy to increase customer response and profitability

Evaluate market research, test results, competitive intelligence and best practices to improve direct marketing programs and achieve year-over-year growth targets

Manage email marketing vendors on a day-to-day basis

Help in identifying new marketing opportunities

Manage divisionís customer acquisition email marketing programs and map out new opportunities for email marketing programs

Serve as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing direct and email campaigns.

Manage organization's e-mail marketing program
