Government Provider Enrollment & Communications Director • $70K-$90K Sparks, MD
As our new Government Provider Enrollment & Communications Director, you must be driven by details, enjoy the challenge of intricate paperwork and possess a high-level understanding of Medicaid/Medicare billing operations. This role is responsible for government provider enrollment and maintenance activities as well as carrier education and training programs for internal operations. One of the key responsibilities is to ensure all billing is accurate and in compliance.
This is a highly visible role with only three direct reports. That means you will need to be extremely organized as well as capable of communicating at all levels, internally and externally. You will be expected to motivate others, withstand pressure and work independently. This position also coordinates heavily with the Compliance and Privacy Officer on matters related to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures.
The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, healthcare policy or related; plus experience working for a national firm providing direct billing services. Ideally, we’re looking for a high-achiever who knows the New Jersey LTC and skilled nursing market well.
