Busy Chiropractic office located in Uptown Dallas is looking for an energetic, organized, detail oriented professional to assist our office. As our receptionist your duties will include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying demographic information, collecting copays and balances, balance and run end of day reports, appointment recalls, order office supplies, and document scanning.
Position requires a service oriented individual who pays close attention to details, is organized and is able to multi-task. This position involves patient contact (both in person and over the phone), computer skills, and exceptional verbal and phone skills. Being a team player is essential. MediSoft Medical Software and a working knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes is a plus.
The hours of operation are generally from 9-5 M-F with occasional after hours seminars and events. Pay rate ranges between $11-$13/hour depending on experience. Please fax resume to 214-999-1051. We will be conducting interviews starting next week.
