Youíre a bright, roll-up-your sleeves sales professional with a can-do attitude, a winning personality and the tenacity of a snapping turtle when it comes to sales discipline. Youíre self-directed and motivated, ambitious and competitive. Your resourcefulness has led to new avenues of success where others have seen none. If this describes you, these positions, depending upon your level of experience, could be for you. Most likely, you will hold a Bachelorís degree in a business-oriented field of study, or possibly in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Packaging Design. You will have five to seven years of solid sales experience in (or very closely related to) contract manufacturing for the cosmetic, personal care, health and beauty aids industries. Most importantly, you will be strong in opening doors and presenting product, and have an excellent command of the industry. An understanding of cost structure and pricing, operations, lead times, and vendor relationships will be key to success in these roles. Strong account management skills and experience with customer service and production will also assure success for either of these roles.
