We are seeking part-time bookkeeping and office assistance from someone who is organized and motivated for work at our home office. Schedule is somewhat flexible and may be ideal for someone with school-age children.


Quickbooks experience

Intermediate-level experience in MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel, along with general computer skills

previous administrative experience

good writing skills

time and task management skills

must be organized and detail oriented

Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Bookkeeping (Quickbooks)

Reconciling monthly bank account statements

Accounts Payable

Semi-Annual Billing using MS Excel and MS Word

Assisting with clerical and administrative activities

Maintaining various spreadsheets

Organizing documents for separate entities

Travel Arranging

Expense Report Preparation
