The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies, focusing on increasing online revenue, planning strategic growth of digital products, growing internet advertising base, leading sales training and ensuring profitable roll-out of new products. Serves as an integral, active part of the companyís sales management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships at all levels.
*Responsible for optimizing the potential strategic relationships in order to enhance
revenue and sales potential.
*Perform research and develop leads of advertising agencies and clients.
*Investigate potential new sources using cold calling techniques.
*Create presentations and materials needed.
*Make sales presentations with local sales representatives.
*Foster company branding and grow site traffic through strategic marketing plans.
*Identify and communicate site-specific ideas and programs.
*Communicate and coordinate projects, working with the digital department and the
Director of Content.
*Perform other duties as assigned by the GSM.

and direct marketers.

*Detail-oriented sales professional with excellent project management, presentation,
and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet committed to team
environment.
*Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
*Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate projects with other departments.
*Ability to represent Northern Lights Media with professionalism and integrity.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
College degree in marketing, advertising or a related field is strongly preferred.
Minimum of two years of sales/marketing experience is required.
Online sales experience is a plus!

Licensing Requirements:
Must hold a valid Alaska driverís license and be insurable.
