Our client is a privately owned employment recruitment and advertising firm headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, with operations throughout the United States. Their proprietary and client-specific solutions encompass a variety of services, including advertising, consulting, media services, and staffing technology.

We’re looking for a new Creative Director to lead the firm’s creative team and drive their branding, marketing, and communications efforts, both internally and for clients ranging from local family-owned businesses to major international corporations. Suffice to say, you won’t be bored.

You should be a problem solver capable of working closely with executives to help them articulate their message to their customers. You’ll bring creative minds together to share not just fabulous ideas, but genuine pride in the finished product. You’ll be responsible for the profitability, efficiency, and quality of all creative projects and campaigns, which will include print, web, interactive, video, radio, and other media as needed. You’ll oversee creative initiatives from start to finish—listening to the client’s needs, developing and presenting concepts and rationales, directing writers and designers, and executing production. Above all, you’ll constantly evaluate and improve the effectiveness of your team, your work, and the firm’s creative and technological capabilities, to ensure that they’re always ahead of the trend.

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or a related field plus at least seven years of experience in marketing and advertising, including print, web-based, and interactive media. Candidates must have a portfolio showing a range of experience and a strong design sense, and must be highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Acrobat. You will also need the ability to build current HTML and CSS3 driven sites with craft and precision, build interactive pieces with flash, basic animation, and XML gallery loads, provide intermediate knowledge of Jquery and Javascript coding, and have knowledge of code implementation for PHP or JavaScript.
