Put Your Gray Matter to Work for a Great Cause

Our client is a leading non-profit, public-sector managed care company based in Dayton, Ohio and has been meeting the needs of underserved health care consumers for more than 20 years. Since inception, the organization has grown to be the largest Medicaid-managed care plan in Ohio and the second largest in the country. Currently, our client serves more than 870,000 members, most typically, lower income families, across Ohio and Michigan. For that reason, the majority of staff is based in Dayton, OH. While our client exercises a wonderful work-life balance practice for their staff, the entire organization is committed to serving the needs of their members, often putting job responsibilities ahead of their personal interests. Between hard work and low profit margins, they are proud to be able to funnel resources back into the organization. Currently, the company seeks two great minds for the following roles:

Senior Regulatory Analyst
Dayton, OH
This individual will be responsible for all analysis and reporting associated with regulatory and special projects. To accomplish this, he or she must ensure that deadlines are met and work is complete and accurate. The Senior Regulatory Analyst identifies opportunities for process improvement that impact performance measures and/or regulatory compliance. The use of professional concepts and knowledge of company processes and regulatory guidelines to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways will be key to success in this role. Qualifications include a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, with five or more years’ experience working in an analytic environment and two plus years working in a heavily regulated environment. Healthcare and liaison backgrounds are preferred; training in statistical process-control methodology is a plus! Familiarity with Ohio state regulations is a must; future, new regulatory expertise will be required as our client intends to expand into other states.

Our client offers great benefits: a company university that trains and develops staff so employees can reach their full potential, an onsite fitness center, a competitive incentive plan, and safe and secure work environment. But most of all, the organization embraces an entrepreneurial spirit and places a high value on ideas and out-of-the-box thinking. This is the place to be for those who seek growth potential in their careers.

Here’s a career you can get your head around!

Equal Opportunity Employer.
