Senior Regulatory Analyst Dayton, OH This individual will be responsible for all analysis and reporting associated with regulatory and special projects. To accomplish this, he or she must ensure that deadlines are met and work is complete and accurate. The Senior Regulatory Analyst identifies opportunities for process improvement that impact performance measures and/or regulatory compliance. The use of professional concepts and knowledge of company processes and regulatory guidelines to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways will be key to success in this role. Qualifications include a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, with five or more years’ experience working in an analytic environment and two plus years working in a heavily regulated environment. Healthcare and liaison backgrounds are preferred; training in statistical process-control methodology is a plus! Familiarity with Ohio state regulations is a must; future, new regulatory expertise will be required as our client intends to expand into other states.
