Member Relationship Advisor

In this extroverted role, you will call upon your superb people skills and sales abilities to develop, maintain and nurture enduring relationships with members and potential members. The Member Relationship Advisor consistently provides professional, high-quality member services, such as opening accounts, and sales that meet or exceed member expectations. An integral part of this position involves promoting, selling and cross selling a full range of financial products and services based on appropriateness for each member. Qualifications include an Associateís degree (relevant experience will be considered in lieu of) and two years of relevant experience within the traditional banking field or a credit union. Candidates will have to train in order to become knowledgeable about institutionís products. Travel to other branches for coverage from time to time will be expected.
