Individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of Tool & Die employees in the Sidney operation. Scope of experience and skill set includes toolmaking, full working knowledge of progressive, blank, compound & draw dies. CAD/CAM, CNC operation, trouble shooting, and timeline estimation.
Associates Degree preferred with a minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible tooling / supervisory experience required. Along with a Journeyman's background and experience in metal processing, this individual should also have proven success in directing & motivating team members
