Needs professional AA to work PT for company located in Oxon Hill, MD. MUST have 10+ years of experience, no exception. Able to perform the following: log-daily time for employees, work with customers, accounts payable/receivables, handle all aspects of input bi-weekly timesheets & payroll with the use of Pro QuickBooks is necessary!!! Keep filing up-to-date, professional telephone mannerism and able to write short letters, memos, etc., to Customers and employees. Professional demeanor/attitude to work with a variety of personalities and great work attitude. Preferrable retirees and/or older individuals gender does not matter. Have up-to-date computer skills to use: Pro QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point) and Abode.
