Such growth has created an immediate need for a seasoned professional for this highly visible, leadership position:

Director of Billing Operations
Irvine, CA
The professional in this role will drive the development of the bill-production team leaders, continuous-process improvement, and the highest quality of processing, ensure that daily production milestones and deadlines are achieved, and that client commitments are accomplished. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelorís degree and seven to ten years of management experience, or a Masterís degree and five-plus years of management experience. Demonstrated strong people-management skills within a process-improvement background, i.e., analytical and data-mining experience, is required. Whether this professional comes from a billing organization or a manufacturing organization, heavy service/production experience with an operations orientation, and experience managing a budget of $3M or more, are musts for consideration. Although managerial in nature, this position is hands-on with no administrative assistant assigned.
