As a Healthcare Recruiting Acquisition Specialist, you will use your exceptional interpersonal skills as you fill healthcare positions for both clinicians and professionals. We’re looking for an energetic recruiting professional who has a love for identifying and capturing talented candidates. Your experience cold calling and using social media and networking to capitalize on employment branding strategies would be ideal.
To qualify for this position, you must have 5 to 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably with experience recruiting healthcare executives, professionals and mid-level managers. You should also have some experience developing recruiting processes, procedures and technology.
