Area Manager, Manufacturing
Portland, OR
If you’re a strong leader, results-driven and extremely motivated, you will thrive in this high-visibility, versatile role. As Area Manager, you will supervise the activities of assigned manufacturing areas, and champion multiple manufacturing processes and production functions as needed. The overarching goal will be to satisfy—if not exceed—productivity requirements in a cost-effective manner. To qualify, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred, but not necessary; five to seven years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and responsibility will prevail. This is a fast-paced position with no “typical” day, so flexibility and an affinity for change are musts in order to succeed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills or the ability to develop these skills are also necessary.

If you enjoy the challenge of making an impact, this organization could be the right fit for you. With its dynamic, nimble and fast-paced environment, our client rewards success and encourages employees to use their education and experience to take the company—and their careers—to new heights.

Equal Opportunity Employer.
