-Need strong Sabre GDS skills. -Ability to mentor, evaluate and train 12-14 agents. -Ability to work within a budget and understand financials, reports, as well as vendor contracts. -Must be able to solve problems quickly -Strong client servicing skills a must. -5 or more management years of experience for a travel management company preferred -Call center experience preferred
