They have 10 pulp and paper mills in operation, which are supported by 15 converting and distribution operations, including a network of 12 plants located offsite of our paper making operations. With over 1,100 employees onsite, their mill in Ashdown, Arkansas, is one of the largest uncoated free sheet mills in North America. It primarily produces copier paper and offset printing paper, with an annual production capacity of 825,000 tons.

Client is seeking an individual with the skills to manage and optimize the production, safety and health, and environmental compliance in the paper department.
Primary focus will be to increase the machines speed, efficiency and quality. Applicant must have an advanced level of knowledge and demonstrated track record in leading and managing world-class safety performance, as well as high level results in high speed papermaking, maintenance planning, scheduling, quality assurance, human relations and continuous improvement.
A bachelor’s degree in paper, chemical, or mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of job related experience in high speed paper machines operations or equivalent.
