Our client company currently has opportunities for Loan Officers. You will be paid like a broker but still work for the bank…compensation of 75 basis points from dollar one. The positions will be based in Sharon, MA. They are seeking a top mortgage producer with a proven sales record of over 15 million per year to join their team in Sharon, Massachusetts. The successful candidates for these positions will possess established experience and knowledge of the mortgage industry, strong customer service skills, and the ability to network and develop purchase and refinance transactions through outside network contacts. This position requires a flexible work schedule, strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to meet expected sales goals.

The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for selling and originating residential mortgage loans. Responsibilities include:
- Identify and meet with prospects to explain various mortgage products available and help determine the best product to suit their needs.
- Guides applicant through the loan application process and submit the required information for processing.
- Coordinate communications between customers, underwriters, processors, closing agents and others to ensure a smooth loan closing.
- Maintains extensive network of referral sources for new business to include realtors, builders and financial professionals.
- Maintains highest level of sales ab.

- Ensures that work is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
- 3 years mortgage lending experience required.
- Proven sales ability, with strong track record of past mortgage lending sales success.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Large network of outside contacts to generate referral flows. Self-directed, with ability to plan own activities to achieve sales goals.
- Good time management skills.
- PC skills, including knowledge of mortgage origination and automated underwriting systems.
