While the position includes directly managing members of staff, the primary responsibility will be to grow the business and increase revenue by building and developing the agency's relationships with new and existing clients.
As a member of the agency's SLT (Senior Leadership Team) the ideal candidate will serve as a key internal consultant, ensuring that the entire staff has the precise coaching and mentoring for the company to thrive.
