Operations Manager is responsible for efficiently managing the daily operations of multiple lines of business for our client!
1. 5 years of managing multimillion dollar business operations 2. Knowledge in Project Management methodology 3. Experience developing and managing Contract to Cash processes 4. Experience creating and delivering senior management metrics and KPI 5. Experience with remote and onsite personnel management 6. College degree in business or related field 7. Excellent communication and customer service skills 8. Demonstrable ability to build internal and external relationships 9. Highly accountable, flexible, and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment 10. Ability to travel on a limited basis, as needed 11. Experience in Automotive Retail, B2B software, or related industries preferred
1. Leading new customer setup, billing and invoicing, credentialing/compliance, customer termination, and customer support processes 2. Ensuring customer and vendor contract requirements are clear, correct and executable; tracking contracts, timelines, and related deliverables 3. Creating and implementing metrics, monitoring service levels (e.g. audits, evaluations and reviews, semi-annual and annual reports) 4. Partnering with finance, sales, and legal to ensure customer and contractual requirements are met 5. Partnering with information technology leadership to support mission critical business systems 6. Managing call routing for support processes 7. Managing office operations multiple domestic locations 8. Develop, document, and update operational procedures 9. Managing a small staff of direct reports and managing workflow from other indirect reports
