Customer Service Specialist needed in Deerfield. Will manage order fulfillment processes by answering calls from a toll-free number. Provide accurate, responsive, and efficient placement of orders. Will manage back orders, monitor and process electronic order rejections, report and follow-up on shipping discrepancies, respond to customer inquiries and requests. AA/AS Degree or equivalent customer service/operations experience required. BA/BS Degree preferred. Superior customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks. Strong computer skills.
