R.O.I. Properties is a full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm with Commercial, Residential, Receivership, and City Services Divisions. R.O.I. Properties is located at 16th Street, just north of Glendale, and is currently seeking a Customer Advisory Services Manager to join our City of Phoenix Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) team. Work in a real estate environment and have the satisfaction of being involved in a community improvement program designed to strengthen our neighborhoods.

Job Functions:
The position requires an individual who is bi-lingual, has excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and is highly customer service-oriented. Responsibilities include: acting as the NSP primary point-of-contact to potential homebuyers, real estate professionals, lenders and partners; assessing homebuyers’ program options that include the home improvement and the move-in-ready programs; provide guidance and direct participants to appropriate partner resources; communicate regularly with the homebuyer and partners through all phases of the Program process; ensure requirements are met and monitor progress; respond to questions from real estate agents and Program partners; maintain accurate call logs; enter client information in the database and/or Excel spreadsheets; create, update and maintain accurate Program records; prepare monthly reports; assist with Program Outreach events to homebuyers and RE professionals; assist in preparation for monthly Work Group meetings; perform general administrative and clerical duties including making copies and filing. Other duties may be assigned.

Other Skills / Requirements:
**Bilingual in Spanish
**High School diploma. College degree preferred
**Real Estate license desired
**1 year of either homeowner assistance program, real estate, mortgage, escrow or similar experience
**Extremely self motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Enjoys a team environment, yet be able to work independently as a self-starter
**Maintain confidentiality of information
**Knowledge of computer software, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
