Human Resources Manager needed for major company in Chicago. Will provide generalist support and serve as employee advocate, functional expert, change agent, and business partner. Develop and implement strategies, systems, processes, and programs that support effective employee relations. Lead and ensure full compliance of Human Resources initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. 5 to 7 years HR experience. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Must be willing to travel 5 to 10% of the time.
