Director of Human Resources needed for Chicago Hotel. Includes short and long-term planning and day-to-day operations of HR department. Will ensure standards and procedures are consistently applied. This position plays an active part in overall hotel strategy and goals. Must have excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree required; 3 to 5 years extensive HR experience with 1 to 2 years HR management. Labor related experience preferred. Must have legal permission to work in US to be considered for this job.
