Front Office Manager needed for Chicago luxury hotel. This position oversees all front office operations and manages a team including bellmen, doorman, concierge, and front desk agents. Will also handle any guest complaints or requests that members of the front office are unable to resolve. Duties also include scheduling, departmental payroll, forecast and revenue. FO management experience in a luxury hotel setting required. Must be available to work any shift, weekends and overnights as necessary. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Basic computer skills a must.
