Peoria area employer looking for an experienced Bookkeeper. Ideal candidate will: process bills for approval and payment; cut checks; enter, maintain, record all transactions in general ledger; maintain financial records; balance and reconcile bank and investment accounts; process payroll and payroll tax deposits. High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or related area preferred. Experience with computer accounting systems, spreadsheet and word processing software. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Part-time. Position pays between $13 and $17.50 per hour.
