Bloomington company looking for a Customer Service Representative who can maintain excellent customer relations with clients both reactively and proactively. Will process new account requests, answer incoming e-mail and phone calls, make outbound verification calls. Ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and documentation skills. Should be a highly motivated self-starter. Strong communication skills necessary. Should have experience using basic computer and web-based applications. Must be detail-oriented.
