Summary: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Manager. The internship will begin immediately and is expected to last between 6-12 months with an opportunity for full-time employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities. • Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons. • Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports. • General office duties and data entry. Qualifications/Education Required: • Candidates must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Business Administration or Human Resources degree. • You must have a genuine interest in people and excited to work in an upbeat environment. • Qualified candidates must have strong analytical and organizational skills. • Candidates must also have excellent computer skills, including some proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office. • Candidates characteristics should include but are not limited to: Go Getter Entrepreneurial Attitude Someone who can handle criticism Student Mentality Outgoing Personality • Candidates are expected to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week (15 to 20 hours per week).
