Gryphon Group LLC works with banks to help manage their tenant occupied foreclosed multi-family homes. These homes are not vacant, the tenants are still living in the property. While the bank is honoring the lease, they dispatch our company to the property to make direct contact with the tenants and fix immediate issues. We have immediate opportunities for insured sub-contractors compliant with MA worker's compensation laws. Sub-contractors are required to make contact with the tenant and set up appointments to supply us free estimates to fix damages at the property. The ideal candidates are sub-contractors or full service handymen who are experienced enough to bid on all requested bid items at a property. This reduces the need to send multiple contractors to the same property. Bid request items include, but are not limited to: installing new windows/screens, fixing active roof leaks, installing new sump pumps, fixing plumbing and heating issues, installing new furnace/boiler/Hot water heater, installing new smoke and CO detectors per local codes, installing hand railings, fixing building code and safety violations, installing new drywall, installing new appliances, installing new locks, removing mold and other discolorations, and more. The qualified sub-contractor will have experience working with banks, realtors, or national property preservation companies. Digital photos to support all bids and work performed are required. Standard turnaround time on all bids is 24-48 hours. Turnaround time on bid approvals will depend on work scope. Because these properties are occupied, the work must get done.
