Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with energy, inspiration, and a commitment to making a difference, who wants to work in an exciting, fast-paced and expanding organization. Accounts receivable/payable experience is required. Candidate must be a growth-orientated, team player. An outgoing personality and customer interaction is vital because customer service is our focus. Will need excellent computer skills, accounting software and A/P & A/R experience.
Primary Responsibilities:

The detail oriented individual will be involved in various aspects of the accounting process to support the client services team for intended parents, surrogates and egg donors. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring financial efficiency, relay of financial information and direction to clients, as well as accurate accounting.
Set-up of client expenses accounts (CEAs) for new clients within accounting software program
Daily management and monitoring of CEAs
Daily processing of all accounts payables and receivables for CEAs
Sending monthly CEA activity statements to clients
Support to Client Services team with information to support its interaction with clients
Prompting vendors to begin work on a case when appropriate
Generate reports to support internal divisions
Interact with clients to answer questions and provide direction on CEA accounting procedures
Create and issue funding requests to clients, including ensuring funds are received on time
Secondary support to Finance department for company financial processing
Training will be provided and required, to learn our systems and protocols

Essential Job Functions:

Excellent computer skills
Ability to do accounting, A/R and A/P processing Excellent computer skills
Good English language verbal and written skills
A Good phone demeanor in conveying confidential information to clients
Ability to follow detailed written and diagram instructions
A Strong teamwork skills; ability to focus and work with others on different parts of a project
Air Travel required at least once a year for company meeting


Monday through Friday; 9 am to 5:30 pm; $11/hour plus the following benefits:
