Our mission is to help our CORT employees improve their health and enhance the quality of their lives. Our wellness coaching is directed toward the human aspect of wellness, emphasizing personal motivation to improve behaviors, education and awareness.
While on-site you will work one-on-one with employees, coaching them to improve the lifestyle behaviors that contribute to poor health (lack of exercise and fitness, poor nutrition, smoking, stress, weight management etc…). You will help employees set goals, answer their questions and provide guidance, inspiration and ongoing support.
The successful candidate must be ENGAGING, outgoing and personable, able to work independently and must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
This is a part time, contract position, working 2 hours, one day per week. Competitive compensation!
•Lead an enthusiastic 10 minute morning warm-up/stretching/exercise routine for warehouse employees •Provide personalized face to face health and wellness coaching promoting sustained lifestyle changes to adults over 21 years of age. •Assist employees in setting realistic goals to improve their health. •Provide support and guidance to employees to help them achieve goals. •Collect, record and track body composition data for employees weekly •Educate employees on what the body composition data means and how it effects their health
•One or more of the following: Nationally recognized Personal Trainer Certification or Degree in Exercise related field. •Experience with the Food Pyramid and providing nutritional guidance to clients •Experience with health and wellness coaching and/or health education in a corporate environment a plus •PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet
