Women’s Fitness Program—FIRST CLASS IS FREE Ignite the fire of change within you.
Join other like-minded women and become stronger and better coordinated by the use of military physical training (PT) exercises for strength building and the Phoenix Mountain Park trail system for cardio-conditioning. This complete training cannot be done in a gymnasium.
HERE IS THE PROGRAM: Military physical fitness training followed by a vigorous but short hike of about 22-minutes (one-way), followed by a cool-down and stretches to provide a full hour of activity that will make you stronger and provide you with much better strength and endurance. Each training day presents challenges that increase incrementally in difficulty and will guarantee you a good night’s sleep at the end of your day. • In 4-6 weeks, you will see a difference in the way you look and feel and will have lost at least 4 pounds of body fat and gained muscle, without having to starve yourself but as a direct result of your own efforts in this fun program.
Choose from these two options for your training: 1. For those who want a 6-session program (M, W, F), this permits plenty of rest between training sessions to allow your body to adapt to this work load and become conditioned and stronger more gradually. This 2-week Training Evolution is only $65, the first training day is at no cost/no commitment.
2. For those interested in faster results or who have some experience with exercise, we have the 10-session (M,Tu,W,Th,F) program. Daily training and weekends off, to do other fun activities; these people will see the greatest strength/conditioning change per Training Evolution. This 2-week Training Evolution is only $100, w/first training day at no cost/no commitment.
Meeting Location: 32nd Street/Lincoln (Phoenix), more details of the specific location will be provided to those who are interested. Class begins promptly at 5:25am and ends at about 6:30 am.
