Peoria Illinois Hotel is looking to hire a dynamic and highly motivated HR Assistant Manager. Must be able to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, HR administration and worker’s compensation. 2 years Human Resources experience; hotel experience a plus. Clear and concise communication skills. Solid working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, state and federal legislation. Proficient with all MS Office software applications. Prior ADP Payroll experience required.
