NECESSARY SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar, contact management), Word, Adobe Acrobat, some knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel;

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- answering phones, coordinating appointments, communicating with clients;
- reading, responding, and generating emails to clients;
- maintaining mailing lists, maintaining and organizing database of clients.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- excellent written (spelling included) and oral communication skills;
-be able to sell program over the phone.
- be able to work independently, to multitask, and be very detail oriented;
- be well versed in handling multiple computer applications simultaneously;
- be familiar with general computer file structure, backup, etc.;
- be well organized and able to prioritize;
- maintain a positive approach to problem solving and have a winning attitude;
- be able to work well with a variety of people and personalities;
- be a versatile team player;
- be comfortable in a non-corporate environment.

HOURS:
- Approximately 20-35 hours a week (approximately 10:30 4 pm)
There are no benifits at this time
Will lead to a full time position
