We're looking for high-energy, motivated managers to lead our restaurant. You must be passionate about food and running a great restaurant, enjoy coaching and leading our amazing staff and have the ability to provide guests with a great experience every day.

Position Summary
Our managers are responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant. These include, though are not limited to: Training/development of team members, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining budgets, and ensuring only the freshest food is served!

Main Responsibilities
In addition to following Cafe Zupas policies and procedures, main responsibilities are as follows:
Properly trains and develops employees through quality orientations, direction and feedback, refresher courses, performance evaluations and recognition. Fosters a teamwork environment.
Compiles, prepares, and maintains P&L statements, budgets and cost controls in regards to revenue, food and labor goals. This includes practicing proper payroll, ordering, maintenance and safety procedures.
Responsible for creation of weekly work schedule for employees and ensures proper staffing requirements.
Coaches and Counsels employees on a timely basis. Also, makes decisions on promotions and terminations of employees and taking the appropriate action.
Ensures that Safety and Security Awareness are emphasized, practiced and periodically inspected, and that employees are trained in appropriate responses to unsafe situations.
Performs required administrative duties, which includes processing, in a timely manner, required paperwork for the corporate office, and meeting all necessary deadlines.

Qualifications & Education/Training
Must possess a high school diploma/GED/equivalent and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
Basic knowledge of PC and Point-of-Sale functions in order to prepare various reports
