A Call To Local Area Established Artists & Art Students
Atlanta’s Fairview Inn located at 4330 Fulton Industrial Boulevard Atlanta Georgia has combined resources with the Atlanta based Broadway Bound Productions to develop a 2011 Summer & Fall season of Vegas Style Supper Club Productions. This merger has produced what’s now called “The Fairview Inn Supper Club Theater”. The 1st of a series of many quality productions premiering at “The Fairview Supper Club Theater” will be a Saturday afternoon April 30, 2011 benefit performance of the national touring nostalgic musical “Sonny’s Place”.
“Sonny’s Place” is a production including singers & dancers portraying an assortment of some of the greatest jazz swing & blues legends of the 1920s 30s 40s & 50s. Proceeds from this event are forwarded to several local & international organizations dedicated to assisting homeless women & children locally & world wide. These organizations include Charitable Connections, Bread Of Life Ministries & The Bangladesh Children’s Foundation. The April 30th 2011’s festivities will include a silent auction, buffet dinner, vintage fashion show & a special show case of select scenes from the musical “Sonny’s Place”. Local area artists & art students of all ages are encouraged to donate their original art work such as portraits etchings sculptures etc. to be on display & be available for the silent auction segment of the festivities. These donated pieces of art will be AUCTIONED to raise revenue for the national & international homeless women & children charities during the afternoon of festivities.

Legendary Cotton Club Era Jazz, Swing & Blues legends such as Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Satchmo Louie Armstrong , Cab Callaway etc.
