My name is Adam Duncan and I'm a Personal Trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. Also, I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Kinesiology (study of human movement). I'm very passionate about helping people live a healthy and active lifestyle. When I'm not training at Los Osos Fitness; I spend most of my free time outdoors.

First and foremost, I exercise because it feels great. I don't believe this requires beating my mind and body into the ground. I like to have fun! My training is built on a foundation of balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-awareness. My approach to exercise has influences from Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung fu, and yoga. Hobbies of mine include: swimming, surfing, hiking, juggling, and slacklining.
I focus on the mind and its connection to our bodies. Most people don't exercise because they have a fear of overcoming mental and physical barriers. I specialize on approaching these barriers with a lighthearted perspective. Once we realize the barriers can come down, there are endless possibilities for creating a life you love.
