I am in the process of getting ready to move out of my apartment but my lease is not up until October. I am moving out of state because of a job opportunity and will to be out of the apartment by the end of May. In order to avoid paying for rent on the place after I leave someone needs to move into this specific apartment and sign a year lease so the apartment will be in there name when I leave(June 1st would be your first months rent and the lease would go untill June of next year). The rent may also go down depending on if there is a deal for moving in that month. I am not saying there will be so count on $725 but, if they have a deal in June there is a chance that rent will be cheaper. The apt is located down stairs and it's very clean, the carpet is in good condition(relatively new), and the BR room is quit large. There is tons of closet space, 5 to be exact, including a walk-in in the bedroom and an out door closet on the patio for extra storage. The living room is cozy and has a fire place which is nice in the winter. It's in a great location between Coursey and Tiger Bend Rd. Parking is prime any time of the day or night, the neighbors are awesome, and they allow pets (even med sized dogs, however there are breed restrictions). I am not positive if cats are allowed but I am pretty sure they are. The place comes with appliances and there are washer and dryer hookups if needed however there is also a laundry mat IN THE COMPLEX right across the way form this apartment next to one of the 2 pools here. The complex is gated and has a great management and maintenance team. I would definitely stay here but, like I said, I have a good job opportunity else where.
