Are you ready for the challenge?
With responsibility there comes the power to contribute to the bottom line. Can you imagine the challenge of controlling food costs in our all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant, and handling over 1000 guests a day on weekdays and over 2000 a day on weekends, when the majority of our menu items are prepared from scratch? How quickly will you be able to get your finger on the pulse of controlling food and labor costs? Are you any good at problem solving and handling guest concerns? Had experience scheduling? And forecasting? Can you coordinate the details of large inventories and weekly ordering? Are you able to handle hiring/firing/coaching/training? Can you analyze a P&L?

This is not an entry level job. You'll need a minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience running a high volume casual dining restaurant, with annual food sales of at least $2 million, with a diversified menu offering, and where the food is made from scratch.
Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and develop a large staff of hourly employees.
A proven track record of building positive relationships with guests, employees, and vendors.
We are seeking career minded individuals who have a stable work history and who have a verifiable work history demonstrating increased responsibility.
Honesty and integrity are the foundation of our company. You'll have to consent to a pre-employment background check and drug test because you'll be responsible for safety/security of the kitchen crew and a multi-million dollar operation.
Able to work 55 - 60 hours a week, 5 days on and 2 off.

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for food production and operating the Back-of-the-House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems to ensure that the standards for quality food, recipes, and cleanliness are achieved for our guests. As a member of the restaurant operations management team, you are also responsible for the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
GC of Centennial compensation philosophy is centered on a culture of performance. Your total compensation is primarily weighted on your period bonuses (13 per year) that you receive based on the restaurant’s operating cash flow, which has no limits and rewards your achievements. There is a base salary too.
