Manage the day to day operations of the Customer Contact
department. Will be responsible for the Call Center performance metrics and
to ensure adherence to those said metrics. This individual will monitor
Customer Care policies and procedures, operating structure, and information
flow, while ensuring the volume of work produced exceeds both product,
service and quality standards.

1. 5+ years of supervisory customer service call center experience.
2. Local to Los Angeles.
3. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
