Plan, develop, implement, maintain and evaluate the division's instructional
programs and processes. Provide leadership for the evaluation and review of
existing curriculum and the development and adoption of new programs and
courses within the division and assist in the review and analysis of the
program evaluation process for all allied health programs within the

Own, operate and grow the corporate campus in terms budget, student bookings
and activity.

Oversee external accreditation process for programs in the assigned
instructional areas and ensure that appropriate licensures, accreditations
and/or certifications are maintained as necessary. Facilitate articulation
and affiliation agreements with clinical agencies and other institutions of

Supervise the development of class schedules in accordance with policies.
Ensure that all classes are met as scheduled or that suitable arrangements
are made.

Manage office services and division facilities, including maintaining
necessary records, supplies etc..

Provide leadership in the development and approval of program institutional
effectiveness plans, and develop and implement the division's strategic plan
annually. Plan, develop and promote ways and means for improving instruction

Education and Experience and Special Requirements:
. Minimum of a Master's degree in a health science or science
discipline from a regionally accredited institution. At least five (5) years
of progressively

responsible administrative experience at the collegiate level and successful
teaching at the collegiate-level.
