Payroll Coordinator needed for Construction Company located in Groveland, FL with less than 100 employees. Must be proficient in computers and knowledgeable in Quickbooks, Excel, and Word. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task and have good attention to detail. Person must be highly motivated, a team player and able to handle confidential information. Person will review and calculate daily timesheets, and process, print, and distribute weekly payroll. Person must maintain accurate payroll records and employee files and will be responsible for new hire orientation and benefits administration which includes health, dental, life insurance, and 401k. Person will also monitor and maintain all unemployment and worker compensation claims and process weekly certified payroll reports for several construction projections. Responsibilities will also include tax reporting to IRS and appropriate State Agencies. Salary plus benefits. Please fax resume to corporate office @ 352-429-5771.
