We've got a challenge for you. Don't stress, it's pretty small:
Change the world.
Tough nut to crack? We disagree. We've got some free classes at the SLC library that will teach you how others have done it all over the world in their own small and HUGE ways.
My guess is that you are a frustrated 20 something, bored with school, and, if you're like I was, freaking out about what to do with your life. Trust me, I've been there.
I've also accepted terminal boredom, workaholic weekdays followed by alcohol infused weekends, and deferring life to an ever elusive 'tomorrow' as a temporary situation before happiness would arrive.
One day I woke up a little and started Idea School. A side project (read pipe dream) that was to serve as a platform to change the world.
What we do is meet up, decide on some projects to start, and then we complete them while documenting our progress along the way. The catch is: you have to be an underdog.
Why do it this way? Because I want to prove the ability of regular kids to set out to make a difference with nothing but determination and each other.
I know why you're bored, and I know why your confused. You've been following map that was laid out for you since birth, a map to nowhere.
I'm not smarter or better than you in any way. I'm just not okay being bored and confused about life anymore. Now, I've dedicated my life and organization to making cool stuff happen and changing the world.
If you want to test my commitment, contact me on our website. I'm here with you, for you, in any way I can.
