We are currently seeking a part-time receptionist to join our acupuncture clinic to provide administrative support for Saturdays, between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4 PM. Responsibilities include answering the phones (2-lines), scheduling, filing, and general office duties.
We prefer previous office experience, but willing to train the right person. Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Point of Sale software), be able to multi-task, and provide great customer service. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, efficient, self motivated, and possess a great work ethic.
Training pay is $8 per hour, expected to last between 4-6 weeks. Once training is successfully completed, pay will increase to $10 per hour. The first 2 weeks of training will include 2 days during the week, willing to work around other job or school schedule. Estimated first full work day, fully trained is April 23rd.
