Quality Improvement Manager/EMR Coordinator
QI Manager-Responsible for coordination of NACC’s quality improvement efforts, both clinical and administrative. Provides QI training, assists in developing and reporting on performance measures, data collection methods, data analysis.
EMR Coordination- works closely with staff and consulting team to plan and eventually implement EMR in the medical and counseling clinics over the next two years. Will be the team leader and liaison for the clinic in the process.

• BA in health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of clinical experience
• At least 2 years experience as a quality manager
• Track record of improving clinical outcomes
• Proficiency with computer skills and programs.
• Experience and skill in data collection and evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills and team building
