ePeople Healthcare is looking for a Management Trainee who wants to learn Recruiting and Staffing and work their way up in a company while also making a difference in people's lives.

We staff nurses, therapists, clerical, administrative positions and more. We need a "team player" who can step up whenever needed. This is a full time position (Monday-Friday, 8a to 5pm).
We are looking for a driven, multi-tasker who is well organized and can work in a fast paced environment; someone who has either sales, customer service, staffing, and/or recruiting experience or aptitude and who is also willing to complete all tasks handed to them.
You would be responsible for the following: -Recruiting new candidates -Staffing current candidates and clients -Calling on current clients -Calling prospective clients -Hitting weekly and monthly goals
As a career path, this position should pay between $36,000 and $50,000 once you develop your skills. Promotion into management is available for the right candidate. The starting pay is $8-$10/hr for the first 60days, up to $15/hr for the next 60 days based on your first 60 days performance and then a review where we will set your pay based on your performance.
